I recently upgraded my Canon Rebel T7 camera to a mirrorless one from Canon, and I have been busy learning the new settings.
I have been using the birds in my backyard as subjects as I practice with the new camera. Despite some errors in figuring out how to master the new mirrorless camera, I have been pleased with the results so far.
So, I’m going to share some of these images taken in my backyard as part of my practice sessions.
It’s been a fantastic spring season at Orlando Wetlands watching so many different birds nest and successfully raise their young.
I spent more than an hour walking around the park and coming across many birds, including lots of warblers plus some birds of prey.
These striking black-and-white raptors fly to Florida in the summer from South America. To paraphrase an old Delta Airlines commercial, these birds love to fly and it shows.
