Former Daily Buzz host headed to Fox 35

Roger Simmons, June 24, 2011

A familiar face is returning to your morning TV screen.

John Brown, formerly co-host of the Orlando-based The Daily Buzz, will come back to Central Florida to anchor Fox 35’s Good Day morning news show.

STLToday.com reports that Brown signed off Wednesday from his current four-year gig at KTVI-Fox 2 in St. Louis. He also hosted a radio show there.

“I’m thrilled to be coming back to Orlando, a city my family absolutely loves,” Brown said in a news release. “I look forward to connecting with FOX 35 viewers and giving them the information they need to start their day. This job truly is a dream come true.”

Brown left The Daily Buzz in 2006.
