While out in the backyard deep-frying our Thanksgiving turkey (which was incredible, by the way), I looked up and saw a Black and White Warbler.
Not one, not two, but three little Eastern Screech-Owlets poked their heads out of a very crowded nest on Merritt Island.
Just before Hurricane Debby visited Florida earlier this month, I took at trip to the Canaveral National Seashore to do some pre-storm birding.
